A personal collaboration that brought subtle sophistication to Melbourne's bar scene. Studio Beau worked alongside Andy Chu to craft an identity that embodies the Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi – finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence.

One or Two emerges from Andy Chu's vision of a different kind of cocktail bar, where quality trumps quantity. Hidden in Melbourne's Chinatown, this intimate 24-seat venue distills Andy's 11 years of expertise into a carefully curated experience of exceptional cocktails and small-batch whiskies (not forgetting the delicious sake!).
The brand identity we created embraces the philosophy of Wabi-Sabi through minimal, meaningful design choices. Each element was thoughtfully designed to celebrate impermanence and imperfection, reflecting the bar's commitment to thoughtful drinking and rare spirits from across the globe.
